Description: In this Summer Exploration course we will be baking! From taste tests and edible science experiments, to simple and creative hands-on ideas that have an educational component to them, these baking and no-bake recipes will make cooking fun and teach valuable kitchen skills! 


Teacher Bio: Ms. Elizabeth Bennett is the Advisory and Upper School History teacher at the Capitol School. Elizabeth is a doctoral candidate in the College of Education at the University of Alabama. Before her time as a graduate student, Elizabeth was a People Leader for Apple and worked on the Global Retail Training Team. She is an avid baker, reader, and lover of flowers. Elizabeth can regularly be found strolling campus with her corgi, Rosie.
