Session 3 PM: July 5-21

Age / grade level: K/1st

Teacher: Mrs. Rihab Suliman

Description:  Nature explorer activities are a great way to help children develop a love and appreciation for the natural world around them. In this session children will learn about different things. They will learn about some of the reptiles, bugs, and will walk in nature to observe plants.  Studies show when children are engaged in learning about science and nature they are also learning important life skills including strategies for logical reasoning, communication, organization and forming their own opinions based on observation. They develop working theories for making sense of the natural, social, physical and material worlds around them by developing their senses and overall awareness. An early introduction to science leads to increased interest and success in S.T.E.M as they grow..

Teacher Bio: Mrs .Rihab Suliman earned Bachelor’s degrees in both Math and Physics from the University of Omdurman Ali’s in Sudan.
