Session 4 2026 4/5 AM: Evolutions of Gaming
Session 4 AM: July 6 - 17
Age / grade: 4th/5th
Teacher: Ms. Beth LaReau
Description:
From ancient board games to today’s console favorites, students travel through time to explore the fascinating history of games. Campers learn how games have evolved, from early tabletop classics to arcade machines and modern video game systems, while examining strategy, design, and technology along the way. Students will analyze different types of games, collaborate with peers, and even design their own original games. This session blends creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork while showing kids how entertainment, innovation, and problem-solving connect.
