Session 4 2026 2/3/4/5 PM: Science Explorers
Session 1 PM: July 6 - 17
Age / grade level: 2nd/3rd/4th/5th
Teacher: Mr. John Durham
Description:
The students enrolled in this class will be experimenting almost daily. They will be involved in scientific exploration and engineering feats. Students will build water filters and terrariums and bird feeders. They will be biologists, geologists, ichthyologists, and ornithologists.
Students must come prepared to be outside each day. They will need good walking shoes, hats, sunscreen, and a water bottle. A small backpack would make things easier. An afternoon snack is a must! I will have bug spray if needed. I look forward to meeting you and working with your children.
